The things we've gotta say:

Your booking is not confirmed until full payment of the invoice has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to you by CaptuZara.  CaptuZara reserves the right to book a client on the same date as your date will not be reserved until payment has been received.
Tentative bookings or unpaid invoices do not guarantee availability for your chosen date.

 Payment is due in full by the date specified on your invoice.
Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of your booking. 

CaptuZara reserves the right to use and post all photos and videos taken during your session/event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website portfolios, and advertising.
If you do not wish for any photos to be posted, this must be clearly communicated in writing prior to your session or event.
If your session includes children, and you do not consent to their images being shared online, please let us know before the shoot or event.
In the absence of a written request stating otherwise, we may assume permission has been granted to post content featuring children. In saying this, we will always endeavor to blur out faces and/or post photos where they are not identifiable. 

It is your responsibility to clearly communicate any preferences, restrictions, or required content prior to the day of the session/event.
Please ensure you have obtained any necessary permissions from locations or guests for us to shoot on-site.
 

Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may apply depending on the notice period and preparation already undertaken.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed with a new booking confirmation email.
 

While all care will be taken to deliver your content to the highest quality, CaptuZara is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure. We take all care to ensure there is no equipment failure, including shooting with 2 SD cards and immediately backing up files.
In the unlikely event of a total failure to deliver the agreed services, liability is limited to a full or partial refund of the original booking fee.
